6 Weeks and Counting

I had a Drs appt yesterday and found out some new info. Since my blood pressure has remained elevated through most of the pregnancy I will most likely be induced at 37 weeks. That is 6 weeks from now- sometime around December 12th. I will also have weekly doctor appts now which will include a Non Stress test. This means I will be hooked up to the fetal monitor to check fetal heart rate and movement. The litttle guy moves around all the time so I don't think they will find anything during these tests each week. Looks like I will need to find some reading material to pass the time while we are hooked to the monitor.

Baby Shower

Mom, Kristen, Sadie and Ashlea threw a great shower for the little one this weekend. The food and cake were wonderful. And he got lots of great stuff. Thanks to everyone for your support. Jason and I appreciate you all.

Oh no- I'm a Blogger!

I never thought I would I have a Blog but this is for a good cause. Jason encouraged the idea so we could share the baby with all our family and friends. So here we are. And here he is. Gotta love that smiling baby. Hope he comes out that way.
