Wow- its been a long time. We have been busy this fall! The following are pictures from our travels to South Carolina and Florida. Along the way Grant has had many "Firsts."

Coolidge Park

Coolidge Park is one of the great places along the Chattanooga waterfront. It has a vintage carousel and a great water fountain, play area for the kids.

Grant LOVED all the rides at Jason's company picnic.

Our neighbors have a boat and invited us out on the lake. Grant had a blast driving the boat. He loves to be outside and to be in the water.

Time Flies

I have been pretty slack about updating our photos and I apologize. But in my defense we have had a lot changes around here this spring. Jason started a new job last month. Grant moved up to the 16 month to 2 year old room at his day care and we have done some major work in the yard.
Hopefully I will have lots of pictures to post in the next couple of weeks. Next weekend we are going to Atlanta to visit with friends. I can't wait! And hopefully family from Ohio will be down for a visit soon.

Easter

Its been a long 5 weeks since the last post

On the only weekend it made it above 50 degrees- we headed out for a short day trip in Chattanooga. We went to the battlefield on Lookout Mountain.

Is it possible to take a good family photo? So far we haven't had great luck. We will keep trying! This seemed like the perfect opportunity- check out that view of Chattanooga from the top of the mountain.

I've said it before- Layla is the best dog in the world!

The last 5 weeks have been a whirlwind. Grant is walking like pro now. He started day care in January. Since then we have had a few rounds of sickness: 2 sinus infections, 1 nasty ear infection that led to a leaky ear, and hand foot mouth disease (or whatever its called). Other than all the sick days, day care is going great. Grant likes it and we do to.
